  • No lock in contracts.
  • 24 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule a booked tuition session. Cancellation or rescheduling a tuition session with less than 24 hours notice given to Fuse Tutor will incur a half (50%) lesson cancellation fee. This fee shall be waived in extenuating circumstances at the discretion of Fuse Tutor.

Payment Options

Payment is convenient and easy. After you have been matched with a tutor and provided with details of your first lesson, we will request payment information from you to lock in the lesson. The following payment methods are available:

Credit Card Payments

  • Credit card payment is the preferred payment method by our clients
  • Your card is automatically charged after each completed lesson, saving you time from organising payment each week
  • We accept Mastercard or Visa including Mastercard or Visa debit cards
  • No surcharges apply

Internet Banking Transfer

  • You can transfer payments into our accounts using your internet banking provider
  • This is a prepaid option only and you may prepay as many lessons as you like
  • Payments need to be made at least 2 days before a scheduled lesson
